Dr. Vinyard values the time spent in consultation with each patient and the communication that occurs during your visit here. You can expect that he will spend quite a bit of time with you himself. Initially, you will be greeted with a smile by our receptionist who will offer you the beverage of your choice and provide you with the necessary paperwork to complete. You can now enter your own demographic information and medical health history at the convenience of your own home through our state-of-the-art SAFE Internet-based Patient Portal on our website. Then, you will be escorted upstairs and into a consultation room. Once there, you will be oriented about your visit with us and escorted to the professional photography suite. There, you will have 2-D and 3-D photos taken. Next, our nurse or patient care coordinator will take your detailed health history. Once she has conveyed this information to Dr. Vinyard, he will then begin the consultation which will consist of an analysis and conversation about your breast and body size and shape, a physical exam, and commence with a detailed discussion of your options. During the conversation with Dr. Vinyard, you will be able to see your 3-D image and not only communicate with him about your desires for breast augmentation, but visualize your projected surgical outcome. Every breast implant size and shape that is available is loaded into the Vectra X3 system so that we can simulate your anticipated outcome on your own body. This is not only helpful for you to be able to visualize what you will look like, but also is a very effective communication tool for you and Dr. Vinyard to get a clear picture of what you are looking for. In some cases, we can simulate the abdominoplasty or liposuction portion of the Mommy Makeover too. Lastly, you will meet with the patient care coordinator who will explain your quote to you. This quote is designed based on the plan that you and Dr. Vinyard have decided upon together.
