You can now enter your own demographic information and medical health history at the convenience of your own home through our state-of-the-art SAFE Internet-based Patient Portal on our website. Then, you will be escorted upstairs to our new patient floor and into your consultation room. Once there, you will be oriented about your visit with us and escorted to the professional photography suite. There, you will have 2-D photos taken for documentation and surgical planning. Next, our nurse or patient care coordinator will take your detailed health history. Once she has conveyed this information to Dr. Vinyard, he will then begin your consultation which will consist of a physical exam, specific exam of your breasts, and commence with a detailed discussion of your options for breast reconstruction. Lastly, you will meet with the patient care coordinator who will discuss dates that are available for your breast reconstruction.
