At the Vinyard Institute of Plastic Surgery, our top priority is to provide an exceptional level of care and aesthetic expertise to every patient we serve. From the moment you schedule your appointment to your post-treatment follow-up, our goal is to deliver an experience that reflects our commitment to excellence, respect, and professionalism.
With this commitment in mind, we’d like to take a moment to highlight and reaffirm the importance of our Reservation & Cancellation Policy. These guidelines ensure smooth practice operations, fairness to all patients, and respect for the dedicated time our providers reserve exclusively for you.
Valuing Your Time
We understand that your time is important. Our scheduling process allows us to allocate the appropriate time, staff, and resources to provide you with the personalized attention and quality care you deserve.
Respecting Our Providers’ Time
Each member of our aesthetic team devotes extensive preparation and expertise to your appointment. When a reservation is missed or canceled late, it results in a lost opportunity to care for another patient and disrupts our carefully coordinated schedule.
Accommodating All Patients
We are grateful to serve a growing community of loyal patients. Adhering to our cancellation policy helps us minimize wait times and ensure appointment availability for all who wish to visit our practice.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Card on File Requirement
To reserve a MedSpa appointment, a valid credit or debit card must be placed on file at the time of booking.
Your card will not be charged at booking. However, if you cancel or reschedule with less than two (2) business days’ notice (M–F, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.) or fail to attend your appointment, a fee will be charged to the card on file to compensate for the reserved time in our schedule.
- $100 for all standard MedSpa appointments
- $200 for Deep CO₂ Laser Skin Resurfacing or CoolSculpting Elite appointments
Notice Period
We kindly request at least two (2) business days’ notice for any MedSpa appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another patient awaiting care.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled or missed without the required notice will incur the applicable $100 or $200 fee charged to the card on file.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments and disrupt the exceptional experience we strive to provide for all VIPS patients.
