Office Policy

Dear VIPS Family,
At Vinyard Institute of Plastic Surgery, your safety, comfort, and experience are our top priorities. As a medical facility, it is important that we maintain an environment that is clean, calm, and appropriate for all patients.
To ensure the well-being of everyone in our care, we kindly ask that you please review and adhere to the following office policies:
🔹 Children Under 12
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who is not the patient. For safety reasons, children may not be left unattended at any time while a patient is in a consultation or receiving treatment. Please note that our staff cannot assume responsibility for supervising children in the lobby, regardless of age or appointment length.
🔹 Animals
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Florida Statute § 413.08, trained service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are welcome in our facility.
- Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), comfort animals, or pets that are not trained to perform specific tasks are not permitted in the medical office.
- Service animals must remain under control, leashed or tethered, and housebroken at all times. For infection-control reasons, animals are not permitted in sterile or procedure areas.
🔹 Food & Beverages
For cleanliness and to preserve the integrity of our medical environment, please refrain from bringing food inside the office. Beverages are permitted if they are in spill proof containers.
If you arrive with an unsupervised child or an unauthorized animal and are unable to be seen as a result, please understand that your consultation or reservation fee will be forfeited and a new fee will be required to book another appointment.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, professional and comfortable environment for all.
If you have any questions about these policies prior to your appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Warmly,
The VIPS Team
