This patient consulted with William Vinyard, MD, FACS about his concerns about periorbital facial aging. After a thorough discussion regarding its causes and the associated anatomical changes, both decided that periorbitial facial rejuvenation was a good option. Dr. Vinyard created a custom surgical plan for him that included a Bilateral Upper Blepharoplasty and Bilateral Lower Blepharoplasty using a Transconjunctival Approach and Skin-Pinch Excision to create a more youthful appearance.
